7th Grade: (Spelling and Grammar)
Monday - Review Test. Review Simple Subjects and Simple Predicates. Homework - Grammar- read page 25 and do 1-10 on page 26. Write the Questions
Tuesday- Classwork - Grammar page 28 and 29 1-14. (Write the Questions) Spelling - page 24 "Practice"
Wednesday- Classwork - Grammar page 30-31. Homework - page 33 (Write the sentences)
Thursday - Review Run-ons and Interjections. Classwork/Homework: Spelling 1-25 (Write the questions)
Friday: Review spelling words
10th Grade -
*All worksheets should be kept in the notebook for future notebook check* *Journal work will begin soon ( HONORS WILL START THIS WEEK). Therefore, if you child does not have dividers in their notebook, please do so, in order to keep assignments organized.
Monday- Worksheet: Parts of Speech (Nouns:Singular, Plural, Possessive, concrete, and Abstract)Lesson 1 Worksheet will be handed in at the end of class. HONORS - READ PAGE 10-13 IN WRITER'S CHOICE. ON PAGE 13 DO "WRITE A JOURNAL ENTRY" pay close attention to "grammar link". These will be read aloud in class later in the week. Homework: Worksheet, Lesson 2 - Nouns: Proper, Common, and Collective

11th Grade:
ORGANIZED AND DIVIDED NOTEBOOKS ARE ESSENTIAL!! Will begin journal writing.

Friday: Finish reading summaries aloud if necessary. Class game and review of week's work.
