In order to keep updated on any dance team news, please visit my blog at www.taylorroadacademy.com. Go to the faculty page and click on my picture. Until that time, here is the information you need to be made aware.
A 6 week clinic at Tonya Speed’s Dance Connection will begin on Wednesday, September 19, 2007. The time will be from 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. The clinic is mandatory. The cost will be $60.00 per child, as opposed to the $100 quoted on the price list I handed out at the parent meeting. It must be paid to Tonya Speed the day clinic begins.
Practice schedule is as follows: Monday, Wednesday (practice will continue on this day even after the 6 week clinic ends), and Friday beginning after school. Practice will be at school, unless otherwise scheduled at Mrs. Hammerdinger’s studio. All practices are mandatory and student MUST be dressed in proper clothing and shoes. All missed practices are unexcused, unless accompanied with a doctor’s excuse, involve a family emergency, or given prior notice and received permission to miss from the Dance Team Advisor.
The following payment and or information must be turned in as soon as possible:
-Uniform Cost (Top, Pants, Arm Piece, Shoes, and Poms) = $290.00
-The checklist (packet of athletic information) handed out at the parent meeting must be completed. This includes payment to the school for participation and booster club fee.
-If I do not have a physical on file from you, I need one ASAP.
Attached is the signature page that should have been attached to the Taylor Road Academy Dance Team Constitution. It, along with this form, must be signed by student and parent and returned to the Dance Team Advisor.
